His (Elon Musk’s) ability to carry out a master plan reminds me of Jeff Bezos’ adage, “We are stubborn on vision. We are flexible on details.”

Not baiting an eye to the naysayers is one the best qualities of Elon Musk. One who has read his biography must have understood his habit of not giving up on something just because others don’t believe in it. He had belief & faith in his vision. Even after failure of so many launches of SpaceX, struggling through the whole process he has achieved something that the whole acknowledges now.
It is a different discussion on how he has reached to the positions he hold today, but does that matter if you have succeeded in what others didn’t believe.
Daenerys Targaryen, in S07E03 of Game of Thrones says, it is her belief that has made her to arrive at this point where she stands today. Although her speech seems inspiring & egoistic at the same time because she is telling all this to everyone’s fav Jon Snow – who is another example of not giving up.
Elon Musk had a troubled childhood but that didn’t stop him from becoming one of the best Entrepreneurs in the Silicon Valley.
Isn’t it the capability of taking risk without compromising on your vision, that has led him this far? I feel it is.
